Meet the cute little Penguin. His name is Joe. He likes winter and sweaters, he is a good friend and he loves to be hugged.

THIS PATTERN INCLUDES:

SIZE of finished toy: 6" (15cm)

MATERIALS:

• 2 mm crochet hook (size B)
• Cotton yarn:

navy blue - 20g / 34m (60 yards)
light blue - 15g / 48m (53 yards)
white - 10g / 32m (30 yards)
yellow - 5g / 16m (15 yards)

• Polyfill to stuff
• A pair of 8 mm (0.3 inches) safety eyes 
• Tapestry needle
• Stitchmarker and pins (optional)

Because this is a pattern for a stuffed toy, gauge is not really important. You can use any weight yarn, if you make sure that your hook is appropriately sized for your yarn, so that you get a nice, solid fabric. Using a different size hook and yarn weight will change the size of your finished project.
